With all great friends, you can have gaps of time between seeing each other but when do connect you pick right up like you just saw them. Have a few friends like that? Well, Kenny Chesney is one of those people for me. I first met Kenny in 1996. It’s not like we text or call each other, but we have connected many times in the last 25+ years at shows etc. He’s always super nice and always remember who you are. Last night at the BJCC we caught up and I showed Kenny a picture we took at the BJCC 18 years ago in 2005! We had a blast telling old stories and it reminded me again why I love Country music…because of the friends you make along the way. It’s about the people…and he’s one of kind! And what great show, right? It was insane…I got about five hours sleep but it was well worth it! Class act = Kenny Chesney….thanks for the time as always!
