They’re friends, song co-writers and rising country stars (or in the case of one of them, established superstar) – so what’s stopping them from collabing in some sort of country supergroup?
We’re talking about ERNEST, Hardy and Morgan Wallen – who could very well create a group of formidable artists a la The Highwaymen or Pistol Annies – and it’s an idea they’ve certainly tossed around. “We’ve definitely talked about it,” HARDY confirms. “I think it would be awesome. I think it would do really well, and would set up a tour perfectly. I don’t think anybody in our little trio would be opposed to that. It would be fun”
