About a year ago, Teddy Khuuger placed a fun $50 sports bet, where he tried to guess the champions for baseball, hockey, basketball, and football.
Amazingly, he guessed all four correct — which meant his $50 gamble would pay him $56,000.
Teddy was certainly happy that he won all the money, but he had big plans. His goal was to surprise his girlfriend with a wedding proposal, as well as surprise her with the news of the $56,000 jackpot.
Teddy was able to hide the news of the winnings from his girlfriend for two months before popping the question and offering her an engagement ring … which she accepted.
Clearly, Teddy was lucky with his sports team predictions — and now, it also seems he’s lucky in love. A true win-win.
