This contest will run twice a day for two weeks (Monday – Friday) July 7th – July 18th.
Each qualifier receives a Vault/CMA Awards Prize Pack that includes:

Two (2) VAULT Music Download Cards (3 prepaid songs each)
VAULT Short Sleeved Button Down Shirt (XL)
VAULT Metal Guitar Key Tag
New/Pre-Released Country Music Artist CD
and a CMA Branded Item

Each prize pack winner will be entered into a drawing for the Grand Prize trip to the 2008 CMA Music Awards!
The Grand Prize drawing will be held on August 7, 2008 during the afternoon drive time with Ron Chatman.
Grand Prize trip includes:

Round trip coach airfare for two (2) to Nashville from airport nearest winner’s home
Round trip transportation transfers from airport to hotel
Two nights accommodations (double occupancy)
Two tickets to the 42nd Annual CMA Awards and Special Events
Behind-the-Scenes Tour

OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.  A purchase does not increase your chances of winning. Promotion open only to residents of AL who are 19 years of age or older as of 07/07/08.  Void where prohibited by law.  Promotion ends 07/31/08.

1.	TWO WAYS TO ENTER:  

A)	Beginning 07/07/08 through 07/31/08, listen to WZZK-FM for the special VAULT Country Trivia Announcement. When prompted, be the designated caller to correctly answer a multiple choice trivia question, related to the 2007 CMA Awards. The designated caller who correctly answers the trivia question will win a Prize Pack and be entered into the Grand Prize random drawing (subject to eligibility).  If the designated caller incorrectly answers the trivia question he/she does not win a Prize Pack and is not entered into the random drawing. The question will then go to the next designated caller until the question is answered correctly. Odds of being a designated caller depend upon the total number of calls received, the time of day the calls are made and the order in which they were received.  Not responsible for faulty or mis-transcribed telephone communication, dropped calls, incorrect announcements or for electronic or other technical errors of any kind. Limit one (1) Prize Pack per family/household.  Warning:    Online listeners to streamed broadcasts may experience a lag in transmissions due to buffering limitations.  Contest participants should not rely on streamed broadcasts.

B)	On an Official Entry Form, available while supplies last, on special displays at participating PIGGLY WIGGLY stores, or on a plain piece of 3” x 5” paper, hand print your complete name, street address (no P.O. Boxes), city, state, zip code, “I confirm I am over 19 years of age”, plus daytime and evening telephone numbers.  (If you do not have a telephone, indicate “No Phone”. Failure to comply with this or any other official rule will result in disqualification).  To be entered into the Grand Prize Drawing, mail your entry in a hand-addressed, business-size (#10) envelope with first class US postage attached to WZZK-FM VAULT / CMA Sweepstakes, 301 Beacon Parkway West, Suite 200, Birmingham, AL 35209 to be received by 8/6/08.  Limit one (1) entry per stamped envelope.  No mechanically reproduced entries permitted.  Illegible or incomplete entries are void.  Not responsible for lost, late, mutilated, misdirected entries or entries not received by the entry deadline.

2.	GRAND PRIZE RANDOM DRAWING:  One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing held on or about 08/07/08 from among all Prize Pack winners selected via Rule 1A and all eligible entries received via Rule 1B.  Decisions of the judges are final. The Grand Prize winner will be notified by phone or mail. Odds of winning the Grand Prize depend on the number of Prize Pack winners selected via Rule 1A and the number of eligible entries received via Rule 1B.

3.	AVAILABLE PRIZES & APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES (“ARV”):  (1) Grand Prize Â– Trip for two to the 42ND Annual Country Music Association (CMA) Awards in November 2008. Prize includes round-trip coach air transportation for two from a major airport near winnerÂ’s home to Nashville, TN, 3 days/2 nights hotel accommodations (one room, double occupancy) at Sponsor-specified hotel, ground transportation to/from Nashville airport and hotel, two tickets to the 42nd Annual CMA Awards (including a behind the scenes tour and special events), a Sponsor-specified gift bag and $200 spending money for winner.  All unspecified travel-related expenses, including but not limited to meals, gratuities and incidental hotel and personal expenses, are the sole responsibility of the winner.  ARV: $4,700 (actual retail value of trip may vary and will depend on airfare fluctuations and winner's point of departure/return.  Any difference between stated approximate retail value and actual value of prize will not be awarded.)  Winner and guest must take trip on dates to be specified by Sponsor, or forfeit prize in its entirety.  Sponsor is not responsible if event is postponed, or cancelled after ticketing of prize for any reason, in whole or in part.  In that event, winner will receive remainder of the prize.  No compensation will be paid in lieu of the ticket portion of prize. (30) Prize Packs - each Prize Pack consists of two (2) VAULT Music Download Cards (valid for 3 music downloads each), a VAULT branded short sleeved button down shirt (Size XL), a VAULT branded metal guitar key tag, a Sponsor-specified Country Music CD and a CMA branded t-shirt. ARV: $100 each. Music download cards are subject to all terms and conditions of use as established by issuer. Lost or stolen download cards will not be replaced.  Prizes consist of only those items specifically listed as part of the prize.  


4.	GENERAL RULES:  Employees of WZZK-FM and its “Promotional Participants” (i.e., The Coca-Cola Company, Coca Cola Bottlers, PIGGLY WIGGLY, Country Music Association, Inc. and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and suppliers that are involved in this promotion) and their immediate family members (mother, father, sister, brother, husband, wife, daughter, son, step-father, step-mother, step-daughter, step-son, step-brother, step-sister, half-brother, and half-sister) and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible.  No substitution, cash redemption or transfer of prize by winner permitted. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.  All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of winner.  All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.  All materials submitted become the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Potential Grand Prize winner and his/her guest must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability Form within ten (10) days of notification.  Noncompliance within this time period will result in disqualification and an alternate may be selected, time permitting.  Return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate may be selected, time permitting.  If guest of Grand Prize winner is deemed a minor (in his/her state of residence), winner must be minor’s parent/legal guardian who must sign required documents on minorÂ’s behalf.  Grand Prize winner and guest must possess required travel documents (e.g. valid photo ID) and must travel together on the same itinerary.  Any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this promotion or the acceptance or use of any prize.  By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the judges.  Sponsor and the Promotional Participants are not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing, the offering or the announcement of any prize or in the administration of the promotion.

5.	WINNERS LIST:  For the names of winners, send a self-addressed, stamped (#10) envelope to: “WZZK-FM/VAULT/CMA Sweepstakes” Winners List Requests, WZZK-FM, 301 BEACON PARKWAY WEST, SUITE #200, BIRMINGHAM, AL 35209, to be received by 9/6/08.
